WENDY founder/colorist/stylist
A Brooklyn-born, Park Slope native, Wendy has had a passion for art and an eye for style since childhood. She attended New York’s High-School of Art and Design, and earned her degree in Fashion Illustration at The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). At FIT, Wendy’s professors always acknowledged her eye for balance and color. The Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica is where she began to develop her cutting skills, creating shapes that grow out flawlessly. She continually develops her craft working and training as a national color educator with John Paul Mitchell Systems. Wendy’s art background inspires her to always bring the latest in urban contemporary hair fashion to her salon guests. Her greatest joy is helping others look and live their best. Wendy is the success coach to her team, personally training them so they continually grow professionally and personally.
NICOLE colorist/stylist
A graduate of Paul Mitchell Academy has been with the team since 2009 .Not only is she an incredible colorist she is also quite proficient in working with all textures of hair from extra curly to ultra-straight. Clients come from all over to experience her precision highlights, balayage and other blonding specialties.
JESSICA colorist/stylist/makeup artist
Jessica loves making people look and feel beautiful. Her loving presence and client comfortable style makes her a top in demand hairstylist. She joined our team in late 2009 a fresh graduate of the Paul Mitchell Academy. Jessica is one of our color specialists and believes that with the right hair color, you can showcase a person’s individuality and personal statement. Jessica is also certified in Dream Catchers hair extensions and is a magnificent make-up artist.
LATOYA stylist/natural hair styling
LaToya a graduate of the Paul Mitchell Academy Joined the team in 2014. A Jack of all trades, works wonders with her styling tools she enjoys making people beautiful one hair style at a time. Her super specialties are blow-dry styling, cutting, long hair, braiding and weaves and locks. You’ll love her energy and spirit. She’s great with the kiddos too!
CARMEN stylist
Our weekend warrior Carmen, is a teacher of special needs children during the week. Her experience and patience makes her great with children. Her long haircuts and styling is just gorgeous.
JAHEEM colorist/stylist/makeup artist
A graduate of The Aveda Institute, he joined our team 5 years ago while still in school. Working closely with Wendy and Nicole, Jaheem has quickly risen through the ranks to be one of our top colorists. His fun personality will keep you entertained as he beautifies your hair in whatever hue or cut you are looking for. He’s good makeup artist as well.
